GOCAD Qt 3.3.8 Libraries

Special Notes for Qt 3.3.8:
GOCAD Suite 2.5.0 is built on top of a Qt 3.3.8. This version of Qt has been compiled to allow the manipulation of files larger than 4GB, which is not the default Qt configuration. So we recommended to use the Qt 3.3.8 libraries available here or to request the list of options neccessary to enable the large files options to the Paradigm GOCAD support.

If you are using the Unix Developer Kit

The GOCAD Developer Kit includes Qt libraries and header files that will allow you to create modules and plug-ins. Most development on UNIX do not require to purchase a Qt Enterprise License from Trolltech. However, if your development uses the moc and uic Qt utilities, you will have to purchase a Qt Enterprise License from Trolltech.

If you are using the Windows Developer Kit

A Qt Enterprise License is required to develop with the Windows Developer Kit. If you determined that you need to purchase a Qt Enterprise License, complete the following procedure:

1. Purchase a Qt Enterprise License from TrollTech.
2. Forward the e-mail confirming that you purchases Qt Enterprise License from TrollTech to Paradigm GOCAD support. Upon reception, Paradigm will send you the login name and password you will need to download packages below
