Earth Decision License Server 11.3
Earth Decision Suite 2.1.6 (or later) will only work with a FLEXlm License Server 11.3 or later. If you are already using a license server released by Earth Decision Sciences, you must upgrade to this version. The license server must be installed on the computer for which the license file was issued.
Important: To run Earth Decision Suite 2.1.6 (or later) on Windows 64,
you must upgrade your FLEXlm license server to version 11.3.
However, even if you are not in this case, we strongly recommand that you
upgrade your license server to version 11.3.
