On UNIX, Development Kit contains Qt libraries and header that will allow you to create modules and plug-ins. Most development on UNIX do not require the purchase of a Qt Enterprise License from Trolltech. However, if your development uses moc and uic Qt utilities, you will need to purchase a Qt Enterprise License from Trolltech.
On Windows, a Qt Enterprise License is required to develop with Development Kit.
If you determined that you need to purchase a Qt Enterprise License, complete the following procedure:
1. Purchase a Qt Enterprise License from TrollTech.
2. Forward the e-mail confirming that you purchases Qt Enterprise License from Troll to Earth Decision Sciences support.
Upon reception, Earth Decision Sciences will send you the login name and password you will need to download packages below
